3 Cheese Gin Fondue with Grisons Beef

Served with sliced Grisons meat (dried beef), sourdough bread, broccoli, Gala apples, pickled gherkins and sweet onions.

Wagyu Beef and Bison Chili with The Works

Guacamole, corn chips, sour cream, 2 year old aged cheddar, pickled jalapeños, hot sauce and white onions. Vegetarian version available upon request.
