How do I book or get a quote?

What type of menus do you offer?

We offer seasonal tasting menus, family-style meals, or casual cocktail receptions. Menus highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You can explore our menu here.

What is included in a private dining experience with Chef Nico?

Chef Nico prepares and serves your chosen dishes from our menu in the comfort of the private condo in Tremblant. The experience includes menu planning in consultation with you, grocery sourcing, on-site cooking, table service, and full cleanup at the end of the meal.

Do you provide the dishes, cutlery, and glassware?

Chef Nico uses the tableware available in the condo.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and to allow time for menu customization and sourcing of seasonal ingredients.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Absolutely. Chef Nico is happy to design the menu around your dietary needs and preferences. Please let us know when booking.

How long does the experience last?

A typical multi-course dinner service lasts about 4-5 hours, from arrival to cleanup. Chef Nico usually arrives about 3-4 hours before guests to set up and begin cooking.

Do you serve alcohol or provide wine pairings?

While Chef Nico does not hold a liquor license, you are welcome to provide your own wine and beverages. We’re happy to suggest pairings or coordinate with a sommelier upon request.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accommodate most small gatherings — from an intimate dinner to a private event for up to 22 guests.

Are there any other charges I should be expecting?

We’re always transparent about pricing — you’ll receive a detailed quote before confirming your booking, with no hidden fees.

Our pricing includes menu planning, grocery sourcing, on-site preparation, service, and full cleanup.
Additional costs may apply only for:
• Travel fees for locations outside Tremblant
• Special ingredient requests (e.g., premium seafood, truffles, caviar, etc.)
• Gratuity, not included in our pricing. Optional, but a gratuity of 15–20% is customary and greatly appreciated for service. It goes directly to Chef Nico and any service staff assisting during your event.
