THE BEST PASTA DISH I HAVE EVER HAD
We had Chef Nico and Kristine do a private dinner for us last night at our chalet in lac superior to celebrate my mother I laws 70th birthday and they were fantastic. The communication with them was clear from the start and they provided an A1 service. They showed up promptly and well equipped and cooked us an unforgettable meal that was thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests.
We started off with a masterful cheese and charcuterie board while we enjoyed some champagne and cocktails. Our meal started off with a seasonal and very fresh mesclun and goat cheese salad followed by 2 delicious mains courses. First course was the maple ginger glazed salmon and second was the pièce de résistance which was the creamy wagyu pappardelle which dare I say was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had, and I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants. Dessert was a delicious strawberry shortcake that they sourced from Afrodite that we all devoured even though we were so full and Chef Nico added a nice extra touch with some oak barrel aged maple syrup!!
The attention to detail was unparalleled. They took care of everything from start to finish, were super friendly with all the kids running around and left the kitchen cleaner than it was before they arrived.
Highly recommend having chef Nico cater your next event and would definitely use them again .

We had an exceptional experience with chef Nico and Kristine from start to finish. After a long day on the slopes, the meals were exactly what we needed. The menu was thoughtfully curated to our preferences, and every dish was absolutely delicious and comforting . Beyond the food, chef Nico was professional, full of energy and made the entire experience feel effortless and special. They went above and beyond
We hired Chef Nico for a group trip to Mont-Tremblant. There were 17 of us and Chef Nico and his team delivered the most delicious meal and excellent service. Every morsel of food from appetizers, to starters, to entree, and ending with dessert was more delicious than the next. They went above and beyond from the moment we booked them with their excellent communication, top of the line service, and exquisite food. I highly recommend Chef Nico and his team!

Chef Nico and team were amazing!
They had great menu suggestions and communication with them was an ease. We had two meals with them. The first was a seated 5 course meal that had an amazing French onion soup and wagyu shiitake pappardelle we talked about for days! The second night they dropped off another delicious meal. The buffalo wings were a hit! They explained each dish and ingredients used, and made the whole experience fun and entertaining!

We stayed in a beautiful penthouse in Mont Tremblant and hired Chef Nico to prepare a fabulous surf and turf dinner for 18 adults to celebrate my husband’s 60th Birthday. It was truly an unforgettable evening.
Chef Nico, Kristine, and Kai were absolutely amazing. From the moment we began planning, Chef Nico and Kristine were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were visiting from the U.S. and needed a menu that would please even the pickiest eaters — and they absolutely delivered. Everyone loved their meal!
The food was outstanding: Wagyu and tenderloin beef, perfectly prepared lobster tails, delicious French onion soup, fresh breads, and the best twice-baked potatoes we’ve ever had. The desserts were just as incredible. At the last minute, we decided to add charcuterie and cheese boards for a cocktail hour, and we are so glad we did — they were a perfect addition.
Beyond the exceptional food, the entire experience with Chef Nico, Kristine and Kai made us feel like we were old friends. The vibe was warm, fun, relaxed, and so special. We truly could not have been happier with the evening. Everything was PERFECT!
Our only wish is that we lived closer so we could enjoy their food more often. We hope to return to Mont Tremblant soon, and we will definitely be calling them again. We are so happy with everything!
