We had Chef Nico and Kristine do a private dinner for us last night at our chalet in lac superior to celebrate my mother I laws 70th birthday and they were fantastic. The communication with them was clear from the start and they provided an A1 service. They showed up promptly and well equipped and cooked us an unforgettable meal that was thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests. We started off with a masterful cheese and charcuterie board while we enjoyed some champagne and cocktails. Our meal started off with a seasonal and very fresh mesclun and goat cheese salad followed by 2 delicious mains courses. First course was the maple ginger glazed salmon and second was the pièce de résistance which was the creamy wagyu pappardelle which dare I say was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had, and I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants. Dessert was a delicious strawberry shortcake that they sourced from Afrodite that we all devoured even though we were so full and Chef Nico added a nice extra touch with some oak barrel aged maple syrup!!

The attention to detail was unparalleled. They took care of everything from start to finish, were super friendly with all the kids running around and left the kitchen cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Highly recommend having chef Nico cater your next event and would definitely use them again .

Niko and Kristine were absolutely amazing. The food was 10/10 but what was even more incredible was their orientation to creating an experience and serving our group. I cannot wait to visit Montreal/ Mont Tremblant again just to enjoy their food and company!

Where do i start... we hired nico through a reference for our wedding, his approach was very reassuring and professional
He made us feel confident and adapted to our preferences and allergies
The food was amazing - depth of flavour, quality of ingredients, pairing and the menu was diverse
Strongly recommend their cheese and charcuterie boards, they do very well next to the bar
Our guests provided a-lot of positive feedback as well, which is always nice when your hosting your wedding
They made the success of the event easier for us, as we were confident delegating the food service part to them.
Will hire them again for our corporate events in the future given the success of their execution

We hired Chef Nico for a group trip to Mont-Tremblant. There were 17 of us and Chef Nico and his team delivered the most delicious meal and excellent service. Every morsel of food from appetizers, to starters, to entree, and ending with dessert was more delicious than the next.
