Served with broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes & green salad. Three sauces for pairing.
3 Cheese Gin Fondue with Grisons Beef
Served with shrimp, sourdough bread, broccoli, Gala apples, pickled gherkins and sweet onions and mixed salad.
Wagyu Bison Chili with The Works
Guacamole, Nachos, sour cream, 2 year old aged cheddar, pickled jalapeños, hot sauce, white onions and green Mexican salad. Vegetarian version available upon request.
